Veloslidex Terms of Service

Welcome to Veloslidex. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the monetization and marketplace features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. Points & Earning System

Earning: Points are awarded based on unique, organic views of your posts.
Anti-Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate view counts using bots, "click farms," or refresh scripts will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.
Conversion: Points carry no real-world value until they are converted into a withdrawal request within the platform. Veloslidex reserves the right to change the point-to-cash conversion rate at any time with 30 days' notice.

3. Monetization & Payments

Content Ownership: You retain the rights to the content you post, but you grant Veloslidex a license to host and display it.
Subscriptions/Paid Content: When members pay to unlock your content, Veloslidex may deduct a processing fee (e.g., 10-20%) before the funds reach your wallet.
Refunds: All payments between members for "Monetized Content" are final. Veloslidex is not responsible for the quality of paid content.

4. Marketplace & Product Listings

Seller Responsibility: Veloslidex provides the space for the marketplace but is not the seller. All transactions, shipping, and product quality are the sole responsibility of the member posting the product.
Prohibited Items: You may not sell illegal goods, regulated substances, or stolen property. Violations will be reported to the authorities.
